Our People

Lucas Equine Equipment's faithfulness to treating our employees well has earned the loyalty of some of central Kentucky's finest citizens. Many of our employees have been with us for over 20 years! This benefits our customers in that we offer excellent knowledge and craftsmanship.

Here are a few of the people that make Lucas Equine Equipment work:

Mike Ravenscraft

Company President

Mike Ravenscraft truly knows horse stall equipment inside and out. Mike was one of the first employees hired at Lucas Equine Equipment when the company began more than 40 years ago. Today, as company president, Mike oversees all areas of the business. Still very closely connected to the barn equipment business, Mike can be found most days poring over complex barn plans, visiting the plant floor, or walking the aisleways of barns across the country.

Mike's strong relationships with the country's leading barn architects and builders make him an invaluable resource in the industry. With hands-on experience in everything from stall design to welding to installation, he understands how to translate the needs of horses and horse owners into the ideal stall system. Mike is a lifelong Kentucky resident who lives in Cynthiana with his family and spends his spare time enjoying their company at the lake.
